Yes - very easy to get to. Stay on the A127 following signs into SOuthend. You will go past a Toby Carvery on your left at a crossroads. Then there is a roundabout - take the third exit towards Southend. Stay in the left lane as the entrance is almost immediately after the sign that says Priory Park. Go in and there is a pretty big car park. They allow parking on the grass during the SUmmer - very easy to find. As you go in to the car park - you go down the road and turn right into thec ar park - the cafe is visible on the left.

Does that make sense?

Cool. Thanks Jenn. I did look on Google maps and although am used to driving to the seafront I just didn't recognise the roundabouts etc!

we were all set to go then it looked like it was gonna poor down so I sat and helped Abigail with her school project and the time slipped away. Also I kept looking on here from 9-11 for anyone who said they were definitely coming but unfortunately I looked like it was cancelled.

I am so sorry clair I looked on FB too and it said only 3 had said yes and that was me Louise and Rachel so I thought if I didn't go noone would be there anyway.

Jenn it's my fault cause I did post that I would still be going and was all set too but then I felt a bit miserable also with the prospect of sitting in the park on my own with the kids again like a did a few weeks ago while watching lots of people chatting and having fun while I sat in the grass alone. So I guess once I saw the rain clouds I thought maybe it was better to stay here

so Blame me

would love to meet up Clair will have to think of a day i'm not too busy as next week it's all go for getting the kids school uniforms but maybe we can meet on monday for bank holiday at the park if the weather stays nice
