I'm Natalie! I live in Rayleigh with my husband and my 8 month old son Max.

I have just started up my own business instead of returning to my teaching job.

It's a yoga sensory class for mums and babies.

Welcome! I tried out a trial yoga class when James was younger and I wished I had discovered it earlier! I really enjoyed it but James was toddling and it was a bit tricky with him!

Ah hi everyone! Ah Jen it's a shame you didn't do it earlier it's so much fun! I'm doing a course on toddler yoga in September so I can take children up to preschool age! It's so much fun!
